According to the machine factory configuration list, the machine hardware and software are restored to the factory state, the machine can work normally.We will restore the standard electrical performance of the hardware and the factory configuration of the software.

Within one year from the date of purchase and receipt of the machine (the specific warranty period shall be subject to the after-sales agreement signed by both parties), you will receive the warranty service provided by us when you encounter the following hardware failures:



2.1.Hardware damage occurred during normal use of the user during the warranty period;

2.2.the warranty period has been charged, and the repaired parts have failed within 3 months;

2.3. random software and pre-installed software recovery service during the warranty period.

3.1.beyond the warranty period;

3.2.The product is faulty or damaged due to incorrect installation, storage and use by the user;

3.3.Machine failure or damage caused by irresistible factors such as natural disasters (such as earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes, etc.) or human causes (including operational errors, scratches, handling, bumps, improper input of voltage, etc.);

3.4.The failure or damage of the machine caused by the installation, repair, modification or disassembly of the personnel of the non-National Science and Technology Certification Authority;

3.5.The user has used non-standard software or malfunction or damage caused by a virus.

For those who do not meet the free repair service, our company will provide fee-based repair services, including materials and labor.

4.1.Customers are working withAfter the relevant sales personnel of the company confirm,Send the faulty machine to the company;

4.2.Within 2 working days after receiving the faulty machine, the company will inform the user of the cause of the machine failure, and explain whether the repair needs to be charged, and the repair is completed within 5 working days, and the faulty machine is returned to the customer. In special circumstances (such as lack of maintenance materials), the two parties will negotiate the maintenance cycle separately.

4.3.The courier fee incurred during the faulty machine warranty process shall be borne by both parties; for the machine beyond the warranty, all courier charges shall be borne by the customer.
